Unlock Deep Work helps people start and keep going with their work: planning, daily check-ins and short calls. It is accountability for work habits.
What we are not
We are not therapists, counsellors, psychologists or medical professionals. We don't diagnose, treat or prevent any mental health or medical condition, including ADHD, anxiety or depression, and our service is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatry or medical care.
If you're struggling with your mental health, please speak to a licensed professional. You're welcome to use Unlock Deep Work alongside professional care.
If you are in crisis
If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number now. If you are thinking about harming yourself, please contact a crisis line. They are free and available around the clock.

What your focus partner does if you're not okay
Your focus partner won't counsel you, but won't ignore you either. If you tell us you're in distress, we'll pause the work talk, share the helpline for your country, encourage you to reach out to a professional or someone you trust, and contact emergency services if we believe you are in immediate danger. We may pause your plan until you're ready, with no charge for paused time.
