Unlock Deep Work is run by Vasmee Enterprises, a sole proprietorship in India ("we"). Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• What you give us: your name, email, time zone, plan, the check-in channel you choose (and your phone number or handle on it), and what you tell us about your work and goals.
• Your messages and short notes from our calls, so your focus partner remembers your context.
• Payment details are handled by our payment provider (Razorpay). We see that you paid, not your card number.
• Website analytics: basic, aggregated visit data through Google Analytics.

What we don't do

• We don't record calls.
• We don't sell or share your information with advertisers.
• We don't share your work or messages with anyone outside your focus partner and the person who runs the service.

Tools we use

Formspree (signup form), Google Analytics (website visits), Google Workspace or Gmail (email and notes), a scheduling tool (bookings), Google Meet (calls), WhatsApp, Telegram or email (check-ins, whichever you choose), and Razorpay (payments). Each handles data under its own privacy terms.

AI tools

We may use AI tools to help prepare your weekly plan or tidy notes. We remove your name and identifying details before doing so, and AI never talks to you in place of your focus partner.

How long we keep it

While you're a member, and for up to 12 months after you leave, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you're in the UK or EU, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
